Poor decisions by the officials the elbow on Robson was a penalty and straight red card as the ball was nowhere near at the time of contact, as blatant as you will ever see of a man being taken out. Rather than the Yeovil player getting a 3 match ban he has got away with it yet we lose Robson for the rest of the important play off games which don't seem very fair. To compound this he then gets away with the lunge on Westlake studs showing which was way late and an ankle breaker in the making. So 2 incidents where he could have seen straight red cards or at least yellow for each ........... a lucky lucky man to be available for the return leg.
The two Yeovil penalty claims if given would have been very harsh, after giving nothing for the McDonald drag down and the elbow he was never going to consider the two ball to arm claims. Overall the right result but a poor game can Yeovil put as much effort and chasing in again in a few days on a larger pitch I doubt it. Two bits of quality where Murphy go behind them to set up the goal and again when McFadzean got behind them and brought a good stop from their keeper. Lets hope we can repeat that on a longer pitch at Huish Park when they have to chase the game.
