If he wanted to do that he could, this wait till we're promoted to the championship bollocks doesn't sit right with me

I think its far more likely that the Prince would prefer to cut his ties and sell his share, than invest more money and buy out McCabe. He appears more and more to have lost his interest in the club. He only bought into the club in the first place, as he thought we would make progress and he could then sell up when the time was right and make money on top of his investment.
The Prince has no loyalty to the club and when the time is right for him, he will have no problem in selling up, without a second thought for how it leaves the club or the fans. He's in it to make money, not for any other reason.
McCabe has his faults and is concerned about his profits/balance sheet, but he is also a fan who cares deeply about the club, unlike the Prince.
