im coming back home from a performance that has me in raptures at the skill, speed and ability our players possess with the ball.
They are all well drilled, know each other's roles in and out and what's expected of them unconditionally. Our midfield have utterly dominated each home game since August, we have 117 shots on goal in the last 5 home games to prove this. There are slight concerns with the front 2 in terms of chances missed, but with such a dominant midfield I only think it's a concern when the chances dry up; we have such quality there that teams can't just mark one player out of the game, there's always 2 others to take their place.

Basically, I fucking love the Blades.

I particularly enjoy how they all play off each other. I know it comes with confidence, but there's something else going on. It's as if Wilder has made it a bigger crime to not offer yourself for a one-two than it is to misplace a pass. Which is exactly how it should be.

Duffy was fantastic today, I can forgive every bad pass he makes because he always seems to follow up with something special.

Our midfield is outstanding.
I can't remember the last time we had one as good. We've had 3 very good footballers in the middle of the park today and 2 of them can tackle as well as they can pass.
The midfield want the ball and are very comfortable on it.
Coutts - intelligent footballer, great goal
Duffy - Man of match for me today.
Fleck - just gets on with it, a lot of his work goes unnoticed.
