There has been much debate about our 'style' of football. We've been poor to watch for most of the season, imo, yet obviously very successful in terms of results.

Personally, I want to go to/watch a football game and be entertained. Obviously, I want to win every game, but I want to have a memorable experience. And entertainment isn't always great football. I was much more entertained under Bassett than last season. There needs to be excitement and commitment. Something to get the crowd going.

It all seems a bit underwhelming at the moment.

None of those choices are especially appealing. Considering the reward for promotion at present, is likely watching us get battered left right and centre in the Prem for a year, I'd want to at least get the silver lining of the team being entertaining.

Autos, while playing attractive/entertaining footy, is the ideal. It shouldn't be a binary choice of autos but shite, or playoffs but fun.

Considering we went for losing in the playoffs while playing boring football, I suspect most people's current answer would be "anything different to this season"

Because this is the debate going on in the new manager thread.

What's more important, results or playing well.

Neither really…. IF we are promoted again and I feel a little bit reassured in that should it happen (with the new ownership and guidance, perhaps not with wilder at the helm).

But again IF we are are to be promoted, I want to see us automatically promoted as a result of a thoroughly impressive and well deserved season of football.

I’m done with play-offs, but then again I have been for years. I detest them regardless of the opportunity for a great day in the capital, they are a horrid way to end a season and I often feel a three up three down would be my preferred finished to a season.
