I think something like this is exactly what we need at Bramall Lane right now. Someone said the absence of a Dooley figure with purely footballing interests at board level is a problem and I agree, I think this would be ideal. Any thoughts?

ffs sake that just what we need 20 odd thousand blades ,half of em pissed all the time the other half inter fighting and all of them so passionate about thier club they would make all the decisions with thier hearts rather than thier heads :thumbup:

Cant see that working atall, for starters its only going to be fans who can afford to buy shares and besides that if fans had a greater say I think more clubs would be in trouble as most clubs have lots of impatient fans who understand nothing about economics and would just want to try to sign ronaldo and the likes
