Would promotion help or hinder the current owner spat?

Never going to happen as you say its got too personal you only have to look at the exchanges in the e mails referred to at the Disclosure Hearing.

I have to be honest and say I have not seen anything in the media regarding this case other than the fact it is happening. Is there a link where you can see these emails or a summary of the disclosure hearing?

I don't see how he has. He's simply said"not on my table because I have to adhere to there beliefs". I don't see how he has changed her working conditions. Happy to stand corrected but she was just ask to wait on tables that weren't his table. She hasn't been dismissed. She hasn't been asked to clean the bins instead of waiting on tables.

I’m guessing a big part of her little temper tantrum, is that because they have moved her from a box and let someone more experienced serve the prince, she is probably spitting blood as it means she has probably cottened on to the fact she has lost a potential big tip.

No one really knows what Kev or the Prince currently actually wants as a resolution to this
If we go up the club financially is in a different ball game to the last 4 years.
We now also may attract other foreign investment who want a PL club
Just have to wait and see I guess but if we get promoted I think this further complicates the negotiations

Best solution is for both to agree to sell up entirely to a 3rd party investor. Then they can take their money and disappear off into the sunset and let us get on with it. I think that’s more likely to happen than them agreeing with each other over this. That “marriage” has broken down irretrievably and the house must be sold. And I think it will.

Whether that will be a good thing for us in the future is impossible to say. But it’s not sustainable to carry on like this if we are to be in the Premier next season. So, I think promotion will force the issue for both sides.

Matt see attached. It was posted on the thread " In Court". The e mails are referred to at 53 and 61. The main findings are contained towards the end of the document as the beginning sets out each parties case.

It looks to me like Mr McCabe has been a very naughty boy. He's not coming out of this very well at all.
Even if only half of what Giansiracusa accuses him of is accurate, he could be in bother.

Why could he?

Rightly or wrongly, he's been accused of illegal activity, for starters.

And theres mention of bribes relating to the other side.

Rightly or wrongly? You started off with "lt looks to me like".

Both sides have effectively been told to pipe down and stick to the legal issues rather than name calling.

Whats after the starters btw?

The general character assassination of Mr McCabe does not make good reading, but you've read that, make your own mind up. I'm not looking for a debate on it. I'm just questioning whether the messiah is just a very naughty boy.

I’d suggest that a highly experienced American lawyer might be wise enough to know that his emails may one day end up in court.
