I voted for Brian Launders, the reason being i've never heard of him. I figure, if i never heard of the geeeeeezer, he can't have been much good!

Has to be Launders. Not based on his ability but on the fact that he played for about 5 minutes.

I've voted for Parkinson because Launders is a mystery.

Parkinson was plenty bad enough anyway. Slow, blinkered and with a head like a Tesco Value baked potato.

Strange thing about Parkinson is that Jack Lester told me he was the best footballer at the club in training and could do things that no one else in the squad could. Unfortunately he froze in front of crowds

Never even heard of Launders so can't really vote for him. I'll go with Parkinson.

A free agent, Launders joined Sheffield United on trail in the autumn of 1999.[1] Having been given a contract until the end of the season, he made his debut a few days later, coming on a substitute in a game against Stockport County on 20 November 1999.[1] His debut only lasted ten minutes as he was himself substituted when he picked up an injury following a collision with an opposition player.[1] When manager Adrian Heath was sacked shortly after, Launders was still suffering from concussion following his injury and was deemed unfit to undertake the medical required to finalise his contract and he was released.[1]

Still never heard of him. Not convinced he really exists. Is there any truth in the (just made up by me out of boredom) rumour that when Adrian Heath signed him, he misheard and thought he was signing Brian Laudrup?

Anyway, playing 10 minutes for us was the highlight of his illustrious career. Although there's a chance we may play him soon when we meet up with the Croydon Kings ​

I've voted Launders purely because I have no recollection of this player.
