The fact he played a big part in Fulham getting up gives me confidence. That was one hell of a side and he must be a damn good to be a regular in it.

Norwood is class, he is a totally different player to Harper, and has produced it at several different clubs. He may take a few games to settle but he will come good

Brighton have aspirations of being a mid table Premier League team, we’re a midtable Championship team. If he’d come from eg Wigan fair enough but this is one to be excited about.

Keeping unhappy players is bad for business. They tell the people they know all the bad things that happen at your club

Norwood seems to be a popular bloke. £2m is a decent fee. They could just be doing right by him.

Either way, it helps Brightons reputation with other players and pays somebodies wages for the year
