Wiper Blade boy

Typical of this forum recently.
A good old blade walking along. Spots the car - windscreen dangerously covered in raindrops, seriously impeding the drivers vision. The inept motorist having failed to engage the wipers.
Quick as a flash, the blade dashes out, with no thought to his own personal safety and attempts to move the stationary wipers, clearing the potentially disastrous situation.
Pedestrian blade and motorist continue safely on their journeys.
With such poor visibility anything could have happened. Probably would have ploughed into a bus full of disabled orphans, engulfing it in a horrifying fireball. That was averted.

Not all heroes wear caps.

If you resort to removing inanimate objects from stationary vehicles because your team has lost a football match.

Not only is football a competitive sport you retreat from, but I'd also recommend some form of professional therapy.
Someone has to get Tom Cannon out of the taxi after the game. It's a dirty job etc....

For context he’d had a real argument with driver about crossing road……maybe described as a rate back and forth

On occasion when driving near the ground on match day I've had "fans" walk right out in front of the car giving me the opportunity to check out my emergency stop technique.

There's no point in getting excited when that happens as the only real risk is to the walker, who is relying on my speed of reaction and of my hitting the right pedal. As I'm now past age 70 their faith in my ability in that respect is quite touching.
