You never know, I think the FA might be looking for an excuse to bash one of these foriegn investors, and they daren't touch Abramovich.... Wimbledon had an egghead Scandinavian in charge who disappeared without trace, (so did the England footy team!), and they may feel like getting some payback for Ericcson, as well as sending a message to other rich rule-benders.... 5 points should do it... ;-) (Optimistic as ever!!Lol!)

The FA have not got the bottle to deduct anyone points in the top league (maybe barring a few clubs, ie wigan, ourselves, watford)

Whilst clubs should not be breaking rules set by the FA, the rule is quite ridiculous anyways. But on the same hand, anyone owning the player apart from the club is also ridiculous.

Nothing will happen, WHU are the darlings of the premier league and everyone else, It wouldn't suprise me if the decided to deduct points from us and wigan for having the audacity to even complain.

Last time I remember any team getting points deducted in the top flight were ManU and Arsenal in 1990/1991 when the players had a massive brawl at Old Trafford.
