Will we sell out?

Where do you get this from?
We have probably a thousand tickets available, every single section which we have been allocated has empty seats in it. that actually takes some doing.

And considering the only people left who have not bought tickets yet are the most casual fans of all they are likely to remain unsold because most of them are single seats.

A loyal committed fan will buy a single seat and meet his mates before and after, but the most casual of "fans" won't
Maybe Sunderland have 1,001 tickets available?

Perhaps next time we should prevent season ticket holders and loyalty points holders from buying first, let the miniscule amount of floating fans we have get theirs, there obviously isn't enough of them to prevent our loyal fans from getting a ticket, but at least these people would be able to sit together. Then our more loyal and committed fans would buy the rest and not be too worried about sitting on their own for an hour and a half
It's humour mate. Have a breather.

That’s what the official numbers will be

but I suspect there’ll be loads of Sunderland fans buying from touts and paying for corporate in the neutral areas.

If anyone is buying from a tout at a game where all tickets are print at home and you can photocopy as many of the same ticket as you want, they're an idiot

Maybe that was one of the reasons for print at home?

I would guess the only reason is cash money
The real reason. £1.70 per stamp will go some way towards paying the latest bad behaviour fine ( hadn't realised a stamp was so expensive!) ;)

I'm in the middle block on our side, 225 - seemed pretty full when I was buying
Yes, a couple of middle row blocks around each corner flag, the rest empty unless Club Wembley members show up

Last chance blades, regardless great effort considering our record and the expense and ticketing etc UTB

Yes, I think central blocks around the half way line as far as the corner flags have been put up for sale, but behind the goal not.
Round to 214 then it's club wembley where we have somehow got 2 blocks in there , corporate is usually well attended so yes there will be spaces in the club wembley bits at both ends if the stadium . 34k is great turnout ,plus those that have bought boxes and packages .utb JJ the world doesn't end if another club has 1500nmore fans in a 80k crowd

The website still says one ticket per customer number. Anyone casual fan wanting two tickets may not get past that

Dunno but we were allocated 33k and failed to fill two of the top tier blocks so about 31 at a guess

Do a google search, every report says both clubs were given an official allocation of 35,531 tickets.

The 2 blocks in the top tier are block 526 which has 835 seats in it.
And also block 525 which has 1,118 seats in it but Sunday lunchtime block 525 was opened and made available
But it was only about a quarter of that block was made available,, which when I looked was almost all sold.
So there’s about 800 empty seats in block 525 with netting over it for segregation.

So that’s over 1,600 not sold + all the singles scattered around the top tier, probably 2K seats not sold.
This would mean we;ve sold 33.5K but we were given additional seating in club England
We’ve have 2 blocks of club England which hold 263 seats each.
So this pushes it up to 34K sold to date….based on tickets not sold.

Wembley have today given Sunderland an extra 835 seats from our initial allocation in block 526.

No it doesn't, I think Sunderland should have been given 40,000 from day one
