Will tomorrow's arbitration verdict be in our favour?

Simply vote yes or no...

Although it seems we've got plenty of support from others, I have a feeling we won't get another hearing.

I just can't see it. We might get a load of cash, but I just can't see another panel happening.

The arbitration panel haven't got the jurisdiction to award us anything... so if we were to get compensation, it would have to be from a reconvened independent panel.

I'm going yes to another panel, purely based on McCabes wry smiles and the weight of Parrys evidence.

Whether we'd get anything out of the second panel or not is doubtful though :)

From the OS:

"The Arbitration Panel has no power to decide what the penalty imposed upon West Ham United should be. This will be within the exclusive remit of the Disciplinary Commission, if one is convened as a result of the Arbitration Panel's decision.

The arbitration is scheduled for two days and proceedings will run into Tuesday. It is not yet known when a decision will be reached."

Would it be the same panel as the one that decided a lame "slap on the wrist" fine was sufficient punishment or a different one?

Well that makes a mockery of what the BBC says then.
