It can’t come back to bite us in the arse when we had no way of stopping the move. The only question is should we have taken less money to make a point and force it to go to tribunal, probably against the lads wishes.We'd be happy getting £2m for some of our 1st team players, so £2m for a lad who is nowhere near the 1st team looks like good business to me.
It might come back to bite us on the arse, but Spurs have got a lot of work to do to make that the case.
