I have been mulling over the best course of action to make sure we get in the Autos since full time at Ewood Park or whatever there chicken farmers call it nowadays

As I have been saying for months the performances have been bang average with the results maintaining our position (somehow) I genuinely don’t think I have seen us play well since long before Christmas , and as is usually the case I am right as I was with Mcburnie for which you all said nasty words to me about


The only action is to dismiss Gareth and bring back his saviour Sir Chris , He has been doing the rounds on 5live and the Championship coverage on sky so he is clearly putting his self in the shop window

Let me remind you all who call him a snake etc etc that the last time he managed us with fans on the seats we were 9th in the Prem and having probably the most success of any blades manager in most people life

No hard feelings to Paul he has steadied the ship and done well but I think people are deluding themselves in how good a a job he has done , last year we had berge/ndiaye/MGW and bottled the play offs


This is the last chance we will have at promotion as we are staring down bottom half in this league with the ownership situation

Heck'y has done wonders with this squad so - in a different way to Wilder but still done wonders to get the squad he inherited to where w are now .

It's club mentality that's the problem, Not Hecky, Not Slav, not Wilder, not even Billy McEwan.

The clubs mentality is to "Do the minimum requirement" whether that's a promotion season or a survival season.

It's the reason why so many unbelievable failures happen.

If you try to achieve the minimum and miss out, you've nowhere left to go.

And if your goal is to achieve the minimum the stress and pressure on everybody is much more intense, leading to more and more blips as the minimum aim gets closer
