Ndiaye has got to much pressure on his shoulders, as he's expected to be the one that turns it round.
Norwood is the centre of the clock, but he's not a Rolex!
Then we have the mistakes and errors others bring, Mcatee is a prime example.
The Strikers are as fit as Mandy Dingle, and the baffling substitutions font help us at all!
There are so many factors, its not just about a different manager.

He then lost it at Boro, repeating a lot of the same mistakes and public slating of players. Anything but his own shortcomings. No surprise noone has given him the job and there have been a lot of vacancies . Hudds going for Warnock and in particular QPR appointing the lowlife Ainsworth should send the message that he's too high risk and unstable to gamble on. Shame but until he accepts responsibility for his own shortcomings and mistakes the doors will probably remain closed to him.

If he ever returns one day it just wouldn't be the same as the dynamics in many ways would be totally different than in his first spell.
