Wilder's made some mistakes, he'll know that.
He knows now what's required at Premier League level. He's still the right man for the job as far as I'm concerned.

I think he main failing since we reached the Premier League have been recruitment.

It don't think recruitment is necessarily all Wilders fault. We employ people to analyse and identify the right players and present them to the management. These people are clearly good at a Championship level and League One level, but probably haven't taken the step up themselves.
