GeorgeDonis1889 won't listen to you mate he's part of the Wilder cult (not a spelling mistake) who are happy to settle on mediocrity just so they can bang on about how big a blade they are. Every one with a different opinion should just shut up and not bother following United so they themselves can live in peace in their little goldfish bowl without listening to any descent from others. We all know where that leads eventually as you only have to look across town they suffered years of Chansiri until they got of their arses to help force him out. Our owner thinks a staged pod cast will make things ok
GeorgeDonis1889 clearly loves Chris Wilder more than he does Sheffield United probably he has never known the concept of wanting or aiming for the club to be the best it can be. You see his type at every game they arrive 5-10 mins after kick off from the pub, they watch 25mins of the game up again head to the bar for more ale. Go for a piss at HT and thousands are already their necking it and still there after the 2nd half kicks off. They arrive back to watch another 25mins then fuck off 10mins before the end to get back in the boozer. Best of all they pay £500 for the privilege of what has become a habit for them not entertainment.
Ye he's definitely not criticising or sneering is he Willglynning

Bizarre this argument is still going on.

One side who "just want us to play better football" - right up until we stop winning. So then actually it's "just want us to play much better, winning football" - lol, doesn't everybody want that? You haven't stumbled on fire lads, think the difference is a lot of people understand that it's not about to happen and why should we potentially give away our place in this league, and potentially the future of the club, just to stop you whinging?

The other side who worship CW. I am a big fan myself, though I think it's probably fairly apparent he isn't at his tactical peak anymore. But he cares about the club, is steady, and he can build a team. So for now, I don't see why we wouldn't be squarely behind him. He wants whats best for the club and the club needs a steady year. We all groan seeing some of the footie, but I still enjoy the wins too. Be nice if we all did.

It's just exhausting watching people just repeat themselves, on both sides, over and over again. Also exhausting knowing one side are frothing at the mouth for a loss, so they can once again tell us that same opinion they said the day before, and the day before, and the day before. It's boring. Like it would be if we were in the boozer.

I was watching the owner interview the other day, and he said something which was the key for me. That when he got rid of Wilder, he had no idea how deep his influence in the club was. And so they know that to succeed in changing "football culture" they need to improve the structure at the club, to be ready for when the next manager comes in. As just "changing the manager", didn't work (and thats an understatement). So that needs sorting first, seems pretty obvious to me.
