Wilder will turn this around

We’ve looked poor in every game this season. The occasional glimpse of what we could do.. but overall? Poor

Points speak for themselves.

Hopefully the management team can turn it round, being relegated is failure.

Ultimately there’s not a single player in that side that I think will ever hide, ever quit, ever give up on each other and the good old cause. To quote the gaffer ā€œwe’ll never leave through the back doorā€ and while ever that’s the case we’ve always got a punchers chance and they deserve our support and pride.
Personally, at the minute I think the majority of the squad are hiding. Nobody takes any responsibility going forward, they always look for the easy pass and have absolutely zero attacking presence.

Until this changes, we’ll sit in the relegation zone and with the performances from us lately, we deserve to be in it.

He will get us going again. We have a blip in form but once we get that first win we will go on a run and finish top 10.
Thats it, get him a shirt printed up, player manager!, show how it's done lad!!

If you think that’s a squad that’s hiding I’d like to watch the quality of sport you’ve seen throughout your life because I’ve played in sides in multiple sports and it doesn’t look like that. I’ve watched united sides hide before nesh tackles walk around head down look lost before crossing the line and it doesn’t look like that. A side that’s hiding rolls over in the games we’ve played this season and we haven’t.

At this stage of the season with only a point I'd be worried but with not being cast a drift at the bottom (not seen a table recently, are we third bottom?) then it's game on if we can start picking points up. Can't help thinking we'll fair better with fans in the ground.

If we do go down I'd say still stick with Tufty, he'll take us back up.

The current comfort- blanket narrative ( soon to be replaced by " at least we'll stuff Wednesday twice) is misleading.

If we go down with the points and goals we've managed thus far extrapolated over the season we are in Sunlan/Derby/Hudds territory. Ask them how it goes the following season when the club has become conditioned to a season of losing most weeks.

As a club, we simply have to find a way out of this hole.

Funnily enough, MrS BoSS and I were only talking about this yesterday

We are playing negative football and appear to be limiting how many we are going to lose by and we dont lookalike scoring. At the moment we are looking like we are going 'out the back door' as the players ( and management) are not taking responsibility. In other words...hiding
If he works on attacking options through the middle, then his obsession with overloads on the wings will be more difficult to deal with
and we might have a chance of staying up.If his fixation with wing play persists without an extra threat through the middle giving teams
something else to think about then it’s back to the championship.
We rarely overload the wide areas now. It goes to Baldock, Basham seems to go on the inside rather than overlap, then we pass it sideways or backwards. When Robinson plays it is even worse. The only game we seemed to be trying to overlap was Liverpool.

Anyway, no point overloading the wide areas if we are crossing the ball into the box.....and this is either the tactics or the players arent good enough...or both

I’d disagree we’re playing negative football I think we’re trying to play the same football we did last year but either because of injury or a lack of composure we’re making the wrong decision when we get into wide areas as you’ve highlighted yourself. If that doesn’t change and we continue to play that way then I’d say you’re right and something intangible has changed in the squad and management however I still think they just need a settler.

Only form teams/Big6 now till Christmas bar WBA, lose that and it's 1pt. HRH will have to sack him unless he walks if that's the case.

LAST SEASON we only lost games to everton southampton and newcastle out of the 11 who finished below us

we have lost 3 clubs , norwich 6 points last season watford 2 points and bournemouth 4 points
gained leeds lost 1-0 fulham, the only current bottom half team weve played, 1 point and west brom

we have lost to teams so far who finished 1st 2nd 5th 7th 8th and villa, who spent a fortune

the only team weve lost to not in the top half is leeds 12th , and they have a game in hand

we have 31 games left v
all the bottom half teams one game v fulham apart asre there to gain points from

we do not get torn apart, 3 has been the worst goals against in 20 months since promotion

I think there plenty of time and opportunity to be well clear by May
