Agree with ISC, think Wilder has said a few times that he still has old school management values (same school as Dave Bassett).
Wilder is honest and up front with the players...at times one of the lads..but clearly the boss who demands 100% effort and attitude.
Anyone with a poor attitude or any PL pre-madonna types won’t last long under Wilder. No one crosses Chris Wilder and gets away with it.
This is different to many other clubs because they use the new school European system of employing first team coaches
Where as Wilder is old school in that he is clearly the manager who controls just about everything at a club.
