IMO Wilder and his team deserve great credit bear in mind before the start of last season he was off to Chezzie on loan so it was only due to him being with The Blades first team that brought him to the fore he could have just been another loaned player coming back after a relegation season
Sad to see him go GLTTL, but let’s judge the deal once the window has completed and we see what Wilder has been allowed to spend and bring to strengthen the squad

I hope Wilder doesn't reveal if he is getting the £12million. That'll alert selling clubs to add a few million to their asking price when we go shopping.

Because we raised a good profit on someone with more potential than actual proven ability?
A position I think Brooks is in as well. For all the good stuff he's done whilst playing, I don't think he's been a match winner often (let's not forget the great nutmeg at Pork Towers was followed by a less than sparkling pass to Clarke).

I think the interview shows Brooks had his head turned by his tw@t of a new agent. Crucially for me though, is sale has taken place with CW consent and involvement, and it's looking like CW is getting most of the funds. It makes the pill a little easier to swallow.
