I‘m sure Wilder knows his time will come.
Think the board should do some forward thinking planning. Look at the next type of manager and style they would like to see played and then talk with wilder who he would succeed in this style of play.
Wilder isn’t just a defensive style of manager, but is pragmatic.
If there is one thing that Selles showed is that possibly a lot of our players are not adaptable. Or couldn’t put it over right.
I believe Wilder would work towards a specific style of play. However promotion next season no. This is a two or more season project.
