Good interview and what he says is right. Not confident we have much in the squad to scare the players that didn’t perform though. Clarke has been worse than McG so no benefit in bringing him in. Coutts and Baldock are the only ones who I’d put in for Norwood and Freeman but we all know Coutts hasn’t got 90 mins in him.

I always feel better after his interviews. Tells it exactly as it is.

Poor performance, second best all over the pitch [keeper aside], too many individual mistakes, players back in tomorrow, changes possible for Brentford.

We go again.

Trouble is the changes will come from a limited pool which includes the likes of Lundstram, Washington and Clarke. I'm hoping he's inferring Coutts is ready for a full return and Freeman will be making way for Baldock in which case I'll remain positive.

today i felt that the obvious thing was to sub Coutts for Ollie and Baldock for Freeman. if only to stop giving the ball away so much.

For whatever reason it wasn't their day today nd changes were needed if not at half time then certainly at 60 ins or so.
ironic it was Ollie that gifted the chance.

he was off today from his usual high standards, and should have been subbed.

Wilder can't say " WTF do you expect on this budget"
So he says what we all know and can see . Problem is it does and will just repeat with too many sows ears for our aspirations.
It must be more frustrating for him than us and that's fucking frustrating.
Maybe accept we have gone as far as we can without major investment.

Until the board properly backs him at this level I'm not sure there's anything he can do. He's getting the best he can out of a squad of league 1 players and what sets proper championship players apart from the lower leagues is an ability to maintain a consistently high level week in week out.

Although saying that, CW needs to get better at his substitutions. Making defensive subs in a tight game back fired against Stoke and again today. Hopefully he learns from this.

I would expect league two team not to make the mistakes we made for their second goal and also to be better at managing games late on when in winning positions . That isnt about money it is about players doing basic jobs. Happened a lot last season as well.Money ? Professionalism or poor tactics/substitutions by CW?

There were so many giving the ball away I don’t think he knew where to start.

Norwood and Freeman were right up there, along with Basham. But it was contagious.

For Freeman`s sake I hope Giggs wasn`t watching that !

Like Corbyns manifesto..

" There's a problem and it needs sorting."

" What shall we do Jezza? "

"Yes"

Which is why most supporters flip burgers, as opposed to managing at the top level.

Are you expecting me to give a detailed tactical demonstration ?
Do you even know what it is I want to stop happening ?
Given the fact you're talking about Jeremy corbyn and flipping burgers probably not
