Not had a bad day at all thanks very much, the other half is off work too, so today I've managed to get the under floor heating down in the porch ready for the tiler coming tomorrow and just to add a little bling to the stairs, I've fitted an led lighting kit, so the stairs are now illuminated in the evening, thus protecting my feet from Lego and other "foot unfriendly" child traps!
Tomorrow I'm going to attempt to relieve the back of my van, of some stuff I don't need to be in it.
Thanks for your concern though!!

Used to walk down the front to Ingoldmells a lot. Not been back since Mum passed away.

Me mam had a caravan at Ingoldmells. Took me first girlfriend there in me Cortina. Just me n her and a dirty weekend in Ingoldmells. I think that was the first time we'd consummated our "friendship". The caravan was a "static" but we got it moving alright. Rocking like a cradle all weekend it was. Great times!

It was only a small caravan though. Didn't have a toilet or shower. I remember with endearing fondness the first time I ever heard a girl tiddle in a plastic bucket. ''Tis a thing of great beauty" you know?

I was punished every year with Ingoldmells. Either Blue Bell, Golden Sands or Kingfisher sites (which improved massively).

The Bell was the boozer next to Normans Bingo, across from the Blue Anchor.
And Coastfields was a little further up, with the outdoor pool and nice chippy at the side of the road!
I too had to endure Ingoldmells in my early years, my grandparents, then parents, had static vans on the Promonade site, on the left as you walked toward the market from the Blue Anchor end.
Used to be semi ok, until fantasy fucking island popped up, fucking chav magnet! And then a McDonald's etc, been going downhill ever since, we hardly ever go now, I'd rather bath in acid and dry off in salt than try fighting through the retards in that market!!! The home of the "CAT or DOG FLEECE".
