What you rally mean is because he's looking after big businesses at the expense of the small to medium and as usual, those in any society easily swayed are fixed on propaganda headlines rather than what is really happening.
A bit like "all the foreigners are taking all our jobs".
Those grain silos in the mid west will remain rusty.

Nope, millions of ordinary Americans are back in work for the first time in ten years. Says it all really. Talking to my friends over there they don’t like him but he’s brought back jobs that were overseas that’s a fact not fake news

My family and friends advised me on the car industry as an example a lot of vehicles manufacturers under the previous president had moved to Mexico owing to cheaper labour, Trump threatened to put tariffs of 25% or even more entering the country for sale to the American people. He offered lower taxes if they relocated back into the States and create jobs for Americans and pay the living wage well the automotive industry faced with this and public opinion it was a no brainier they returned to the States employing many thousands of Americans. He has done this with other industries too. That’s just a small example. He’s getting people back into work and that’s why he could well get a second term. Hope this helps

"In 2017, Ford Motor Company decided to cancel its planned move of Focus production to Mexico and to source the Focus from an existing plant in China instead. The direct consequence of that decision is that there are fewer U.S. jobs assembling the major components (engines, transmissions) and other parts for the Focus as those parts are primarily sourced in Asia for Chinese production. At the same time, the Michigan plant that currently produces the Focus will be retooled to build the Ford Ranger and later the Bronco. These vehicles will mainly use engines sourced from Ford Engine plants in Cleveland and Lima, Ohio, and transmissions will primarily come from the company's Livonia, Michigan transmission facility.

"Depending on other sourcing information not yet publicly available and the sales volumes for these vehicles, the Michigan plant will likely support more U.S., Canadian, and Mexican jobs than it did when producing the Focus and previous models in that Michigan plant. The product allocation is a net positive for the United States, but the economic impact could have been stronger still had Focus production moved to Mexico instead of China."
As for creating jobs, under Obama, the net annual jobs gain was around 194 000.
Since trump took over, the net annual jobs gain is around 185,000 (9000 less)
