If you are going by train there is alot of underground works goin on that day so give plenty of time.

We debated going by train but not riskin it, dont need stress of delayed trains, will be stressed enough as it is.

A v good post on BladesUnited from 'London Transport Blade' giving all the tube closures and options! Will prob miss tube by taking the slow train from Reading to Waterloo which calls at Clapham Jct. and getting Thornton Heath train from there.

Was planning on travelling down without a ticket as I have friends not too far from away from the ground. Now laid up in bed sick and have to see the GP, I met Liam not so long back so it may be swine flu

However, I was told by the nurse before my travels to Africa if I get the symptomns I currently have within a month of getting back, then to go see the doc for Yellow fever and Malaria tests.

Anyways, it's me, some chicken soup (always a winner when you're ill) the TV and although it will probably make me ill, some booze!

Just a thought but, with the wonders of modern technology, could the people heading there at 9am make a post on the forum via mobile to tell everyone else if these pubs are open/shut and whether they are accepting away fans. It would be very much appreciated as I'd rather not head there at 5 hours early to find out they've decided to shut/open late/not accept away fans/etc.
