Looks like that's it for now for Blackman way short in confidence

Cofie to start?
 



True Swiss but it's probably a message to Blackman: if you don't perform in the first 60 on Saturday, Shaun Miller will come on to replace you.

Could be the right call nice to have a few options in that department now

Probably right... But do you think Wilson will do something as radical as that on 60 mins? I was thinking in the 87th Minute. Far too risky before that :)

I said a few weeks back that Blackman is a confidence player, and i don't think he is confident at the minute.

Kitson/Cofie for me tomorrow.
 
OK what about this............................................. Kitson & Creswell ? Any takers?
 
Just thinking of it being an away game. Start with the experience, Cressy off after 65 for Cofie and more pace, then Blackman/Miller on for Kitson last 10-15 .
 
Blackman for me, he has more to offer in his all round game than Cofie. Then Miller or Cofie off the bench if needed.

For me, you just can't play a forward line as slow as that. You need pace in the side to cause problems so someone like Blackman/Cofie/Miller has to be alongside them, especially when we have no real pace in the rest of the side either.
 



Has to be Blackman. Cofie is an ideal sub but needs to be given a but longer.
 
Same as, Blackman and Kitson. I think Wilson will give him a run like he did with Evans, to get the best out of him. Cofie is clearly an impact sub at present.
 
As, Talking Heads, once said same as it ever was, Kitson & Blackman, said it before build up a partnership, if the lad is a confidence player what good would dropping him do? we know Danny like's his subs on early so if it's not working there's plenty of time in injury time to sort it out? that's 2nd half injury time ;) Blades to win. COYRWW. In work since 5 am and on this site already.
 
For this particular game i'd start with Kitson and Cresswell. I watched Orient earlier on in the season and they are a very strong side. I think we're more likely to score from set pieces or crosses in this one. Get those two holding the ball up and knocking it to Gally and Flynn on the wings. I'm sure we'll get a couple like that. Otherwise i think Cofie and Blackman will get bullied out of the game, give the ball away too cheaply, and they'll hit us on the break far too often. They'll punish us playing like that. They're not a bad side Orient, especially at home. I fear we could even lose this one today. Let Kitson and Cressy weaken their defence first, then for the last 20 minutes, give Cofie a run out, he's bound to nick one then.

I wouldn't say he's short of confidence. I'd say he has too much! Shooting from all angles, he's a born scorer just makes the wrong decision too often

My thoughts entirely RWR. Both Blackman & Cofie are bit lighweight and still a bit naive. Let Kitson & Cressy take the dirty stuff and wear them down first, then put them both on with the message to use their pace and get them on the turn. A totally different prospect for their defence to handle, which I reckon could catch them out.
 
That's exactly what i was getting at God. It's going to be a tough game today so we need the tough lads to take the sting out of 'em before blasting them away with our pacey youngsters in the second half.
