it’s between Preston and Blackpool and doesn’t really exist, if that helps Fylde is the borough and it covers Blackpool and Fleetwood and the ground is in Wesham. They have a moneyed owner and will almost certainly make it into the FL (they lost to Salford in the playoffs last season).

Danny Philliskirk and Andy Taylor are on the books there.
