Who are we likely to lose this summer?

I wouldn't be surprised to see some fringe players leave for decent fees, around £2m for the likes of Stearman, Cranie, maybe even Freeman. Could be well off the mark with fees but theres going to be some outgoings.

I don't think our top players will leave, if they do it will be because of a slight change in system, so Norwood to make space for a more defensive player.

Why the rush to get rid of Stearman? Isn't he the player with most prem experience currently at sufc?

Also I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility that we'll let very few go. The likes of lafferty, heneghan, Nathan Thomas, Caolan lavery, Ricki Holmes etc but I wonder if wilder might just bring in 5-6 more players with experience and for competition for places. We've got one of the smaller squads in the championship so wilder may not want to lose too many.

Why are people expecting us to get rid of 7/8 squad players? There's not even been anything mentioned of the guys out on loan, Carruthers, Holmes, Lafferty etc.

If we get rid of all the fringe players, we'd have go bring in 7/8, plus another few more as the squad isn't huge as it it.

There's no way we'll bring that many in, we cannot afford to do what Fulham did.

The current squad list on the website has 25 players on it but does include a few who haven't featured, such as Jake Wright and Kean Bryan. It also doesn't include those out on loan so you'd expect those players to be moved on at the very least.

They've all played important roles but sentiment aside, I'm really not sure Moore, Stearman, Freeman and Coutts could cut it in the Prem, even as squad players. I get that CW won't want to decimate the current squad but I really can't see how they'd be able to cope.

If any of those want to leave then let them, but ideally not more than 2 of them.

We don't want to be starting the summer with a squad of less than 13.
