In the kit thread it was mentioned should we wear white or black socks.

Let's vote...

I'm white all the way.

We wore Red shorts once !! OMG !!!!!!!!!!!!

Think we've worn white shorts 3 times. (i don't mean, 3 games, I mean 3 kits have had white shorts.)

Could you add all other variants to the vote pleaes?

White, Black
White, Red
Red, Red
Red, Black
Red, White

And make votes public.

Cheers

We have been relegated from the top flight when wearing white shorts at least twice maybe three times in my memory. I would steer well clear of white shorts, I knew we would get relegated under Warnock when the curse of the white shorts returned

BLACK SHORTS is the only option

We had black shorts when we got relegated with Warnock.

We finished 3rd and lost in 2 semi finals with them in 2003.

Also, scored the first ever premiership goal in white shorts.

That said. Black shorts, White socks

Was about 2005/06 I think

it was 2004/05

Mid 60s, 92-94 and 02-04 I think.

Started wearing white shorts when we played at home to Spurs in Sept 1966 (that was because Spurs brought their dark blue shorts instead of white) we won that match and carried on wearing the white shorts for the home games and we were unbeaten at home (including fine wins against WBA (4-3), Sunderland and West Ham) until losing to Leicester in Dec 1966 also losing the league cup quarter final game at home to Birmingham. I think after the Birmingham game we returned to black shorts for the rest of the season. Then in Summer 1967 we decided to have white shorts for the 1967-68 season. We were poor at home in the 1967-68 season (lost 10) and in the last game against Chelsea we decided to play in black shorts hoping that it would bring us back luck. We lost that game too!
