Against these bottom half teams he can be a solid 6/10 option for at least 8-10 minutes

No idea why neither McBurnie nor McGoldrick can strike a ball with any power. Of the chances he had, you'd expect him to score one of them. Looks far better though. That shotbrewster on the other hand was poo
I’m desperate for it to work for him, but I don’t particularly rate him too highly.I mean... it was a 10 minute performance I'd relax a little tbh.
Still don't think he is right for us, needs to move on in January.
Looks like he's put weight on, which is a good thing. Looked ill last season and weak (obviously caused by his illnesses).
He'll still have the usual suspects on here waiting in the wings waiting for a fuckup, but hopefully tonight was a step in the right direction for Oli. Really needs one to go in off of his arse on Saturday, get some confidence back in him.
But we have better strikers than him. One has bagged three this year, one who is looking sharp and one who is frikin whippet. Sorry, but Mcb is slow and has little ability to take that extra split second and fool any defenders or goal keeper to create a goal. All his shots today were directly at a defender or goalie. Sorry again, we have better than just his aerial threat. He did play well. Granted.I've slagged him off like a dog of late but let me be the first to say that he was MOTM for me today. He caused them some real problems and just needed a bit of luck to get his goal. I expect nothing less if him going forward but if he puts a shift in when he plays, like he has done today, he'll get a bag full of goals. Well done today OMB!
Every proper blade should be pleased, I've been far from his biggest fan, but I'd like nothing more than him to be the player we know he can beNot everyone will be pleased but a good few minutes from Mcburnie and almost scored but for a great low save from the keeper. Whilst ever he is a Blades player I will be wishing him well!
You seem to be comparing him to Ndiaye? Which seems odd, since they’re essentially playing a different game. But we have better strikers than him. When he’s only a foot away from the keeper there is very little room to put it either side of him , the keeper did well getting on top of him like thatBut we have better strikers than him. No it isn’t…He's a striker, his entire reason or being on the pitch is to put the ball into the back of the net.
