Of course we're all itching to see how the lads cope in the big scary prem but which opposition players are you looking out for?
For me de bruyne, salah and sane and believe it or not Jamie vardy!
When Leicester first got him I scoffed thinking he wasn't good enough but he has won me round, apart from his diving I like his all round game.
I'll still boo the pig though!

Ederson Santana de Moraes

Alisson Becker

especially those two, but all the opposition goalkeepers.

De Bruyne. Matt Ritchie. And others.

It's tempting to go for something other than a shit back of Kop view when they play at BL.

There are a few I’m genuinely excited to see. It’s why we all wanted to get promoted in the first place.

KDB, Silva, Eriksen and Pogba probably top my list. Lovely footballers.

Our players. Couldn’t care less about anybody else.
I'm right there with you mate. Be too focused on Robinson who has plenty of swagger on yesterday's evidence and clearly loves his footy. Can't wait to see "The Moose", more of Morrison and McBurnie,if it happens. Adrenaline raising football on the cards this season that's gone up another notch or two.

The new look squad has not been put together to merely survive I might suggest. We will compete and thrill in equal measure against the vast majority.
.
Think many wendies will only watch MOD if/when we get well beaten cos they won't be able to stomach exhilarating Tuftyball ;)

Excuse my bias, but I am.:p

As good as they might be, I want all of em to have absolute stinkers when they play us. They can save their best for other teams and match of the day.

Looking to seeing how our own players fare against some of the best players in Europe. Will be nice to see Walker, Maguire and Brooks back at the Lane, but also the likes of Kane, De Bruyne, and Aguero.

I've been through this before .... all the fancy clubs and the Big names ......

Sat the Grandson down (aged 9 and started in Div3) ..... went through the Teams asking him who he was looking forward to seeing

less than a minute later his head was ready to explode , gonna be a magic time for the youngsters :)

None mate, I pine for the old days of Woolford, McEverley and the great Dean Hammond. Those were the days...,

On a slightly more serious note, City have some wonderful players. I can’t wait to see, David Silva and was slightly disappointed we’ve missed just out on Hazard.

I have never watched MOTD since the last time we were on it, and I only watch Premier league games if they happen to be on in the pubs the time.
So a lot of these names that the planks on talkRADIO keep banging on about, mean diddly squat to me. I am much too partisan to be fawning over the opposition. All I know is Liverpool and Man City are very good, Spurs, Man U, Chelsea and Arsenal are less good and the rest are a bunch of also rans who are in a perpetual state of “shitting themselves” at the thought of relegation.
