Went in pre match and there as no charge to get in. Was busy and lots of decent lagers on tap, don’t know about ales but think there was blue moon.

As I said, there’s the main bar but there’s more seating around the back and another bar upstairs

Pre match the upstairs bar was understaffed so took a while to get served but eventually they got additional staff on

Pool table in a poor location upstairs as is the shuffleboard. Darts upstairs in little booths and there’s some karaoke / vip rooms as well.

It’s not cheap but thought it was decent and we were there for a couple of hours after. It was busy after as well and had the footy on - not that we wanted to watch

What's it like in there for a pre or post match ?

I went in between Xmas n New Year.

Thought it was extremely "meh".
Like a pretentious cocktail bar downstairs and what's a decent enough sports bar upstairs.
Not cheap at though. £28 for 3 pints and a small white wine.

Not sure what the owners target audience is. You'd think a sports bar next to a footy stadium would be targeting pre/post match drinkers. But at those prices, not sure it will be the busiest bar near the stadium.

Then it's "out of the way" for town, so I'd give it 2y before it goes bust.

I know, in my defence, I had n extra hours drinking yesterday during the match, 2hrs extra before, and then I had to try and drown out what I'd witnessed after!!
