I’m writing the long-awaited sequel to 1996’s best film (fuck off Braveheart) ‘When Saturday Comes’. Starring everyone’s favourite leathery heart-throb, Sean Bean.
Wanted to get you guys’ thoughts.
The basic plot of the film is that it picks up next season where the Blades are about to enter their maiden Europa League campaign. Jimmy Muir has become a more modern TC for his past FA cup heroics.
It kicks off with Jimmy banging a load of strippers with Blades tattoos, but then takes on a more dramatic tone when he gets the clap and has to tell that Irish lass from the first one that she might want to get herself tested.
She says she’ll only take him back if we win the Europa League.
So Jimmy takes the lads on some bonding piss-ups where he delivers some inspirational speeches and gives life valuable life lessons to Lys Mousset and Kean Bryan.
We get to the final and are drawing 1-1 in the last few minutes against Parma or some shit, when much to Wilder’s fury Jimmy subs himself on and climbs up Sander Berge to head a wayward cross home.
Then our Russ presents Jimmy with the trophy - turns out he didn’t die, because he’s really a Highlander. (another twist, plus Chris Lambert from Highlander would be cool with it, as he was a producer on the original!)
Thoughts?
