On Saturday,another dissallowed goal,penalty not given,player sent off for us.

You know what's coming,Barnsley will get a goal that is clearly offside,they will get a penalty for handball,and one of their players gets two yellow cards and the Ref forgets to send him off,and he's the player that gets them the winning goal.

Yes i'm depressed.

After 4 instances of shit officiating already [Leon not offside, Otzumer definitely offside, Boro goal and last night's penalty shout] then to get a 5th on Saturday would be some kind of record, even for us.

I would hope that we might get a break or 2, the home crowd should help this time. We were already beating Brentford when Leon and then Billy were called offside and it was a small crowd against Walsall. Things will be different on Saturday.

In any case we need to stop fannying about every time we get near the 18 yard line and take a few chances getting forward. Add to that, practice defending set pieces and crosses again. Those things are more likely to influence our results than any match official.

Seriously, I think we'll be fine. We've played two of the favourites for promotion after 6 years away. We beat a promotion contender on the opening day and we've got to get used to not dictating the game every week this season. It was two tough games we weren't likely to win, compounded by a few dodgy decisions along the way like you say. Nothing more than that. Nowt more to see here. To dwell on this too much would create a complex or worry amongst the fans and the team. We move on, we don't dwell - and in Wilder we have the perfect man to deliver those straight talking messages.

Relegated teams are always the ones with tales of sorrow and 'what ifs'. We had many a poor decision against us last season but we were the best team in the league, so they weren't noted as much. No point bemoaning decision, we need to get over them, or we will be going down with millions of examples of bad decisions to try and console ourselves.
