What the Happy Clappers want to hear

Football fans are the same at every club, we've not evolved into anything different from any other club.
In our case, we can see the almighty fuck-up made by the powers-that-be and are questioning what on earth is going on.
Pointing out failures and specifically failures based on what the declared aims were is not the action of fucking idiots.

But at the end of the day, I suspect the financial ramifications of keeping the current manager in place will mean he leaves - regardless of what's said here or on any other site.
I also think it would now help if United are well beaten on Saturday and humiliated on Monday.
That might force change and an indication of what we're trying to do before the season ticket deadline passes.

To be fair though I think this is more magnified and intense due to the level of investment of time and money supporters have to put in now to watch their team. The more you put into something, the more pissed off you're going to be when it doesn't give you anything back.

Vicious circle (if you like).

I won't even bite on the bold. But I think it goes some way to proving my point above :shakehead:

We need change, I think most people are agreed on that.
We need change or a clear statement of intent before the deadline passes - I think most people might agree on that.
We do not have many matches before that deadline.
Losing matches is likely to encourage the board to act, that would appear common sense.
It doesn't matter whether we lose all our remaining games, the season is over.

I don't think there will be anything before the deadline.

Maybe something afterwards that would encourage people to renew, at now the increased price.

I for one let the deadline pass for renewal yesterday because at the moment I don't feel like renewing and even if I make a late decision to get one I want to move stands. I will only renew under one set of the following circumstances;

1. DEFINATELY if KB is replaced by a sensible appointment and the new man is given the tools to rebuild over the summer.

2. RELUCTANTLY if KB is kept in charge but given some proper backing by the directors and allowed to build a proper squad.

Both scenarios are dependent upon;

3. If there are decent seats available in the other stand (which there should be by next season).

I'm still debating whether I would swallow my pride at scenario no.2. Only my heart strings could make me but it will depend how bad things get between now and the summer.
