I don't want a feud either, but calling bme a Tit and other names just bacause I put an elongated version of the word Yawn as a post was pointless and out of order in my opinion.
I have no need to loosen up, i'm relaxed enough as I am.

Not quite sure as to how you'll work it out though, given that infractions are generally kept private.

Some of the longest term members, one of which I sit next to most away games, have the most infractions.

How are we a private club? who's stopped you joining and posting, having your say, coming to the pub, playing footy with some of us on a Sunday?

Answer = nobody, and everyone is always welcomed with open arms, providing they can play nicely. Something many have found out who you probably class as now being in the fictional "private club".

I dont see how offensive language is ever approprate unless provoked. By provocation I dont just mean someone disagreeing with you, I'm talking about an abusive attack from out of the blue. At the end of the day this is an internet forum and most people wont give a toss if you are constantly aggressive, they will just think you're a tool.

I dont know anyone on here so cannot comment on whether posters are always reflecting their true character. I do get the impression however that those who choose to be aggressive or insulting to other posters without provocation are doing so because they get a kick out of something they havent got the courage to do in real life. As I said I dont know whether that is true of anyone on this forum but its usually my first inclination when I read those types of posts.

I dont even understand those that just come on here to slag the club off every single time they post something. Criticism is all part of the debate aspect but you get people just hammering home the same point time and time again in a tedious manner. The worst part is people actually reply on threads! That's exactly what they want, they throw some bait out and wait for you to bite. They would soon get bored if no one bothered.

Having said all that I do feel a little sorry for anyone who gets banned from the forum, but I suppose its sensible to heed warnings.
