Still very much up for debate this, our back 5 is pretty much fixed (with the exception of LWB) and Billy is clearly main striker.

Of the 4 remaining spaces available on the pitch in midfield/forwards, what is the best combination of currently fit players?

Based on quality alone and performances this season I'd have to say MGW, N'Diaye, Norwood and Hourihane. But can N'Diaye and MGW effectively play together or are they too similar? Its' worked against poor teams like Peterborough and the first half against Fulham, but Heckingbottom seems reluctant to play both in his early matches as boss.

I've not seen enough from Berge/Fleck/McBurnie/Osborn to justify them getting in and Jebbison is still an unknown quantity.

If we had a playoff final tomorrow who would you go for?

Fleck.

+ some others.

Sander por moi played in his CORRECT position though. This is not on the right of a 3 !

I think it depends on the opposition, the one thing I've taken from Hecky so far is that he's much more willing to adapt than what wilder was, that we adjust our attacking options, defensive strength and mobility depending on who we have to beat and defend against

Sounds a bit Fallowfield, but why not

Baldock---Basham---Egan---Davies----RND

-----Bogle-----------Berge-------Osborn----

---------------------MGW---------------------

---------N'Daiye------------Sharp------------

Bogle relishes getting stuck in. Osborn too. Both could half step up to play alongside MGW on attack and backwards with Berge defending and work collaboratively with RND/Davies on the left and the 'Three B's' on the right.

And no Hollywood passes.

That team could completely dominate this league, just need to find a way around the pesky 11 players rule

Starting without a keeper, not even sure Warnock would have gone that far. Egan playing sweeper keeper?

11 outfield players and no goalkeeper?

Ndiaye will stay up top now so the "he can't play with MGW" stuff doesn't come into it.

Hourihane- there's every reason to not like him. He's neshed a couple, seemed a bit ineffective...but him and Norwood work together and keep turning out results, and he's getting better and more confident. He could end up being a key player.

I'd pick Fleck all day long when he's 100% but he's not is he? And Sander..... doesn't fit in a 2 with Norwood; Norwood's playing well so won't be dropped; won't get in ahead of MGW- so he's on the bench isn't he??

So despite myself, Norwood, Hourihane, MGW for me.

Norwood-Fleck (or Hourihane)
MGW

Berge should be no where near the starting XI. The only way this team does well is when all XI are giving 100%. There's no room for any passengers in this team.

MGW Norwood Hourihane Berge, based on skill commitment pass 👌 personnel opinion

It does sound a bit daft Fallowfield because you've chosen 11 outfield players 😳

I'm not a fan of Hourihane, but ON & CH has developed into a bloody good partnership together. He's looked alot more positive in moving the ball forward which would compliment someone like Ndiaye, MGW or maybe even Berge just ahead of him

I can only assume anyone who doesn't rate Norwood must've got a weird vendetta because he's playing some of his best football at the minute and thankfully Hecky knows it.
