Ast the decorator has said they have used avery low quality emulsion which with the weather today it get wet and just redisolves ,painted by amateurs managed by a idiot

Wipe it off with water. Just done mine.My sons jumper and body warmer covered in it, £350 of clothes ruined. Nice.
That's the x-ray of my knackered shoulder.No warnings were given before going through. 100s of fans got paint on their backs. Someone's dropped a clanger here. Everyone sat around me had it on them!
