Big improvements in performance levels from at least half of the players, some more than others.
The likes of Bamford, Riedewald, Brooks, McCallum and Adam Davies have all set the bar for what we need next season, so they need to keep themselves at that level or improve on their performances, which would be even better.
Taking last season into consideration, I want to see Cooper, Burrows and Campbell get back to the levels they were showing last season, because all three of them were really good last season and the drop off they've had this season is staggering.
Arblaster needs to get himself fully fit and ready, hopefully him getting consistent minutes will help with that in the long run.
Tanganga, O'Hare and Seriki, all of whom have been up and down this season in terms of their form/performance levels, need to be consistently putting in the better performances that we've seen from them at times this season.
McGuinness, Cannon and Rothwell, hit and miss all season, or half the season for Rothwell.
All have shown glimpses of their quality at times (but not often enough) and are decent backup options for the championship.
I don't expect any of the three will start reguy for us next season, but I hope they can find some consistency where they can be relied upon to do a job from the bench next season.
