There's a massive gulf in class between where Vardy, Che and Wallace were playing to NCEL Div 1. Probably Prem to League 1 in terms of scale. It's the bottom rung of the league system.

Fair play to the guy though, 50 goals is a huge achievement in half a season!

He did start at a league club though (in the loosest possible terms) so must have had a bit if pedigree !
Got to be worth a trial , like has been stated , Vardy , Lee Gregory , Che , K Wallace.... We have absolutely nothing to lose and everything to gain ! Surely cant be that big a gulf in class to the shit we have watched this season !! One thing is for sure , we know he would be trying his best !!! As ever UTB

Bumping this back up. If we are struggling for cash in January, surely this has to be a cheap (but potentially great) option? If we are not bringing McNulty back, and Matt Done seems to be a bit injury prone, then a young-ish striker who knows where the back of the net is, and can finish, worth a risk?
