We beat Millwall on Saturday and we move above them, simple as that. Boro have have got a difficult game vs Bristol city.

At the end of the day ANYONE down to Preston and Brentford if they put a run together like Millwall have done has a chance.

But, even though I’m biased, I’d say that our chances are up there. We can definitely do this, our players need our support! Whatever happened it’s been a terrific season. COYB

Left it one game too late for me. We beat Barnsley then it’s most certainly in our hands. Far too many ifs and maybes now though and on current form we miss out.

Not gonna get too down about it we have far exceeded expectation and finishing where we will will also help Wilder in his recruitment quest.

For the playoffs we need to beat Millwall on Saturday
Then win 2 from the final 3, which is Brum away, PNE at home, then Bristol C away.

It’s a tough ask and we’re still underdogs.

We'll need 10 points from 4 games and 6 need to come from Millwall and Bristol, in my view it's beyond us now. It will be a summer of what if's and maybes.

The stadium will still be dead and outsung by the travelling support.

It's not technically in our hands but I'd be amazed if we won all 4 and missed the playoffs.

The game that bothers me most? Birmingham away. They might need the points and it's not a good ground for us. Got 0-1 written all over it.

Having said that, if we play as well as we can play (and perhaps have a little more luck in front of goal) all 4 games are winnable.

or we win 2-0 and they lose 2-0??

No. We win 4-0 and they lose 4-0.

GD is 8 vs. 15

I "believe" 3-0 would put us above based on head to head as agg score would be 4-3 blades.

Unless Goals Scored comes before H2H ?

Head to heads only count in the Champions league, never known it ever be used in the English leagues to decide league position.

The reason I think it’s very possible.. the fixtures around us are all difficult..
Sheff Utd have millwall h, Birmingham a ,Preston h ,Bristol a

Millwall play Sheff Utd a Fulham h boro a and home to villa on last day.

Middlesbrough play Bristol h derby a millwall h Ipswich a

Bristol city play boro a hull h forest a Sheff Utd h

Brentford play Fulham a QPR h Barnsley a hull h.

Preston play QPR a Norwich H Sheff Utd a burton H

Preston and Brentford have the “easier” run in on paper but are behind us on points, teams above us have to drop points somewhere, it’s mathematically impossible for the teams above us to all get maximum points... believe blades!!! Plus apart from Fulham we play the best style of football I’ve seen and we deserve to make them playoffs! If we don’t its not the end of the world and we’ve had a great season and CW and AK have achieved the impossible on a shoe string!
