During 62 63 season West ham played 1 game in 8 weeks bit still managed to complete and complete 42 games not 38

If we started 6th June. We could play Saturday-Tuesday till 30th June. That would complete 8 games.

Then there's cup games to fill in too. Saturday-Tuesday through to end of July would complete the fixtures.

Give players August & September off and start again in October.

we could all play sat tues thurs Saturday and complete it in 3 weeks, well 2 and a half
complete in June or July and they can make do with a 4 week closed season having already being rested for 5 or 6 weeks
play the fa cup over 3 days a few days apart

As somebody with far more sense than me stated on here:

Play Aston Villa v Sheffield United and Manchester City v Arsenal behind closed doors (whenever that may be) and end the season. That way, every PL team will have played 29 games and we can start the 2020-21 season from scratch.
