It would be very easy to argue that our three (current) relegation rivals are playing at their peak.

Whereas we currently fluctuate between 50-85% of our best.

If we can rekindle the confidence, ideally by winning a game(!), there's literally a 5 point gap to 17th.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if we go on a run of form before long. Suddenly things won't look as bad.

We're not cut adrift just yet.

We are however, as Wilder said earlier in the season 2 years ahead of where we should be in terms of league. Just hope the board realises he's still the man to take us back up if the worst is to happen. x

Yeah, but Xmas this season is 5 games earlier. The bottom club "at Xmas" this year isn't until the middle of January

If any team can create history in these circumstances, the Blades can.. because we have done it before.

If any season was weirder than this one.. Covid, VAR, Pigs still respecting Meeester Chancer, then I can’t think of it.

We seem to be playing better last couple of games. We just need someone to find their scoring form.

Didzy is on for double figures this season which would be a tremendous effort by him. Such a lovely, gracious player. Never got tired of watching him even when we were losing every week.

I'd forget about a defender. Encouraged by Ampadu plus he did manage to get forward. If JOC can be back for Feb then Ampadu could potentially give a rest to Basham on the right who has played a lot of football.

Just need another body in midfield. Never a Midfielder on the bench and we do need that option.
