Has anything been published about the amount of money that United made from the Play Offs?

I would have thought that this would have been a substantial amount given they were televised too.

The four clubs that enter the play offs split the any profit from the gate receipts/Sky etc (ie after costs). Always been like this for all divisions I believe

This is actually what I heard a couple of years ago. Whoever is successful at Wembley hands over the gate receipts to the losing finalists as a runner up prize. Or it could have been for a cup competition...

I'd reckon so. The gate receipts for that game are dwarfed by the kerrching awaiting the winner

Seem to think something was mentioned for the final in Cardiff, don't know for sure though if it ever happened or if that was the case. I would have though it would be shared out between all the four teams.

They stopped off at a pub on the way back and bought all the players a pint and a bag of pork scratchings each. That left 50p which they left as a tip.
