Played well, good game plan with Moore and Campbell up top. Got the goals which set us up nicely for the second leg with Bristol City having to come at us.

Robbo and Anel did well also and special mention to Davies changing tempo of game when he got on the pitch. Lad looked class. 👏

You feel the game is done for second leg.

Dare I say it, unless they come back at us like pigs vs Peterborough its pretty much game over. Not sure how many Bristol city fans will bother travelling but hope we can pack it out.

Moore had a solid game tonight.

Did what he needed to do up front and put himself about.

Same again Monday, please.

No aftertiming from me, I thought he got the Robinson over Holding call wrong.
And I'll standby it, I still hope that Holding plays the next 2 (but concede - this is incredibly unlikely now).

I didn't mind anything else about the selection.
It was clear to me that Wilder knew Bristol would have the majority of the ball and our tactics would be to turn it over quickly and transition into attack...

... step forward Rhian Brewster.
In my opinion, our best player on the night, heavily involved in our best moments.
Moore & Campbell, whilst wasteful at times, gave us decent out balls and carried a threat.

The penalty and red card was a stonewaller. Goodman talking bollocks (which he half-admitted later).

Second half, we played the perfect game. There were calls for more urgency (Shoutbox & Goodman - guilty offenders), but we were right to control the game, move them around, be patient and pick our moments. ..

The subs - Tom Davies, Andre Brooks, Callum O'Hare.
Lads, take a bow.
Wilder introduced them at the perfect moment.
The three of them gave us greater control and an incisive attacking impetus.
2 of them scored with great finishes and (hopefully) put the tie to bed.

A tactical masterclass from Chris Wilder tonight and we looked a class above.

We need Tom Davis fit for the final . I thought he was the big difference when he came on. I love Peck but Davis showed him up abit . The perfect player in the middle for a tense game of football

I thought Brewster struggled first half personally. He played a lovely ball through when Campbell should have scored but he can't close down and loses runners. Him and Peck looked much better 2nd half because they'd got so much more space to play in. He doesn't look a natural fit for that position TBH.
