No aftertiming from me, I thought he got the Robinson over Holding call wrong.
And I'll standby it, I still hope that Holding plays the next 2 (but concede - this is incredibly unlikely now).
I didn't mind anything else about the selection.
It was clear to me that Wilder knew Bristol would have the majority of the ball and our tactics would be to turn it over quickly and transition into attack...
... step forward Rhian Brewster.
In my opinion, our best player on the night, heavily involved in our best moments.
Moore & Campbell, whilst wasteful at times, gave us decent out balls and carried a threat.
The penalty and red card was a stonewaller. Goodman talking bollocks (which he half-admitted later).
Second half, we played the perfect game. There were calls for more urgency (Shoutbox & Goodman - guilty offenders), but we were right to control the game, move them around, be patient and pick our moments. ..
The subs - Tom Davies, Andre Brooks, Callum O'Hare.
Lads, take a bow.
Wilder introduced them at the perfect moment.
The three of them gave us greater control and an incisive attacking impetus.
2 of them scored with great finishes and (hopefully) put the tie to bed.
A tactical masterclass from Chris Wilder tonight and we looked a class above.
