DD Cabs has run out of shillings for the electric meter to keep it heated.

Though you might think that with the MASSIVE quantity of hot air generated by their fans,and all the shit dropped by the animals that graze the pitch, that they would not need under soil heating

They've not got undersoil heating for some reason.
