The way we play we might concede heavily in some games but rather that and go for games than cagey draws.
I think it's fair to say the majority felt that way.
Well, tonight we've seen it and yep, we shot ourselves in the foot with the CCV error, and copped for a couple of sucker punches, but the reason tonight ended up like it did is the very reason we were able to witness the Bouncing Day Massacre amongst other fantastic wins.
All I can say to tonight is thanks for a cracking, value-for-money game, now f**k off into history and let's get back to winning ways by keeping doing what we do.
A much changed team delivering the same never-say-die, totally committed performance and almost a brilliant fightback.
Well done Blades.

CCV passing it straight to their player for their first.

Can't remember who kicking it down the line from defence when it would have been our throw. Leading to a goal.

Committing players forward and leaving 1 v 1s with rather fast black men for a couple of the goals due to us chasing the game because of the previous errors.

Shit happened, and it led to other shit happening. But I'm so proud to be a Blade. What a time. Can't wait for Saturday.

watch saturdays game be a right boring 0-0 where you have to get yer knitting out for sommat to do....

NOT

blades don't do bore draws

Yup, and it won't be the last time this season. The way we play means we WILL concede heavily against certain types of sides who have that raw pace and skill that Fulham have on the counter.

I'm not complaining, its incredibly entertaining!

Just got home after a cracking match. Ref was poor, Fulham time wasted more than Norwich but I thought we were great and no shame in losing that game. Felt really bad for CCV - he looked gutted as soon as the ball left his feet and realised he’d cocked up. Onwards and upwards. Surprised to see Hanson come on but thought he did okay and got some good heads in. Cant win em all but to lose after scoring 4 goals means we put a shift in. Bring on Birmingham. UTB

Couldn't agree more.

My biggest fear pre-season was that we wouldn't keep up the style of football that got us promoted. That we'd either not be able to do it against better opposition or we'd lack the bravery.

We had this kind of result last season (Walsall away, anyone?) but it's worth the defeats for the rewards.

I hate losing. I love watching matches like that.
