it has been years of selling our best and bringing in gash that has caused a rotten bloated squad.
I kind of think that after this JTW the club has to get rid of 80% of the squad and bring in quality first team players. This is going to be very tough thing to do and like Peteblade suggested it is a Director of football that is needed and that is vital.
Have we the money to do this?
We supposedly have a good manager in Adkins but if he isn't backed we are not going to see a Southampton type push up the leagues.
Are there the players out there?
I'm worried that the academy isn't working at the moment and a lot of talent is sitting in Prem reserve teams so is it possible to build a squad quickly enough and of course keep it together to go for a back to back promotion( wouldn't that be brilliant).
