Sunderland were for 75 minutes the worst.pile of crap ever in a play off....but once again they are gifted opportunities down to kamikaze back passes and sloppy marking...and our inate ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory

They weren't 'lucky as f'
We didn't capitalise on our power first half
We turned it over to them for the winner which was really well taken past our keeper when he had little to shoot at on the right side
They hung on and 'did a job on us' to quote our glorious badge thumping leader.

Campbell scoring was tinged with the inevitable 'too early" to score

We knew what we were going to get after that as Mr ambitious Blade through and through dropped us deeper and deeper and gave a team who weren't even in the game all the encouragement it needed

In the year 2125 we'll all be long gone and Sheffield United will have won many Championship play off finals.

The past has no relevance to future results.
 
Our fans have had enough now at wembley, no passion nothing it's done, we will never win there! If we do win 1 time there will be 15k max there to see it

The Gambler's Fallacy as usually illustrated is "this coin has come up tails nine times in a row, heads must be due".

This isn't correct, as you say the past results don't affect the future results.

But what I said was "if something happens ten times in a row then it's likely to happen on the eleventh" - the opposite of the "Heads must be due" argument.

I'm fact if you keep flipping a coin and keep getting tails, more than heads being likely next time, you might just have a weighted coin that's more pre-disposed to coming up tails than heads.

And that's what we have here - the past results might not have a baring on the future results but the fact that it is the same football club trying to get those results is a factor.

And I believe on a granular level Sheffield United are utterly incapable of achieving promotion through the Play-offs.

At absolute best you could argue some of the fans are the same and they imbue a negative feeling on the team.

Overall I'd still say it's absolute codswallop.

We've lost 10 play offs because we've deserved to for varying reasons.
